Hershel Bearden holds a Bachelors Degree in Bible and a Masters in Divinity. He is a graduate of White's Ferry Road School of Biblical Studies. Hershel has lived in Lufkin since 1979. He served as a pulpit minister until 1999 when he began full-time missionary work in India. This work now involves work in Sri Lanka and other Asia countries. He was married for 52 years to his wife, Pattie before she passed away in 2014. Hershel has 4 children, 12 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Benjamin Bruce is originally from Texas, and graduated from Freed-Hardeman University in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a minor in Greek New Testament. He worked in IT at Truth For The World for six years, and married Luzy de la Torre in 2021. They are currently working as full-time evangelists in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. Benjamin likes music, traveling, and languages, and enjoys putting these interests to work for the Lord.
